eight arms (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the service "Adpicto" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Company.
Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)
In this Policy, "personal information" refers to "personal information" as defined by the Personal Information Protection Law, meaning information about living individuals that can identify specific individuals through descriptions such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, etc.
Article 2 (Information We Collect)
The Company collects the following information in providing the Service.
2.1 Account Information
- Email address, name, and profile image obtained through Google OAuth authentication
- Account creation date and last login date
2.2 Project Information
- Project settings including service name, description, target audience, and brand colors entered by users
- Prompts, text, and instructions entered by users
2.3 Generated Content
- Images, text, and other content generated by AI
- Generation history and edit history
2.4 SNS Integration Data (including TikTok)
When users connect a TikTok or other SNS account with the Service, we receive the following data from the SNS platform:
- TikTok account identifiers (open_id, union_id), username, display name, and profile image
- Allowed privacy level options and comment/Duet/Stitch availability
- Maximum allowed video post duration
When users publish to TikTok through the Service, we send the following data to TikTok:
- The image or video file being posted and its caption
- Privacy level, and comment/Duet/Stitch permission settings
- Commercial content disclosure flags (Your Brand, Branded Content)
- AI-generated content label (if enabled)
This data is retained within our systems until the SNS posting is completed or the account is disconnected. For TikTok's handling of this information, please refer to the TikTok Privacy Policy.
Article 3 (Purpose of Use)
The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes:
- Provision, operation, and maintenance of the Service
- User authentication and account management
- Provision of AI-powered content generation services
- Responding to user inquiries
- Improvement of the Service and development of new features
- Analysis of usage and creation of statistical data
- Prevention of unauthorized use and security measures
Article 4 (Disclosure to Third Parties)
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except in the following cases:
- Supabase, Inc. (Authentication/Database service): Storage and management of account information and project data
- Google LLC (Vertex AI / Gemini API): Prompts and context information for AI-powered text and image generation
- Google LLC (Google OAuth): Information necessary for authentication
- TikTok Pte. Ltd. (TikTok Content Posting API / Login Kit): Image and video files, captions, privacy level, comment/Duet/Stitch permission settings, and commercial content disclosure flags when users publish to TikTok
