    • Compliance check: Any regulated-industry issues (medical, legal, financial, real estate claims), ad disclosure obligations, trademark issues, or platform-specific rule violations?
    • Strategic check: Does the post serve the content pillar and business goal? Is the CTA clear?
Different setups assign these to different roles, at different speeds, with different rigor. Here's what each looks like in practice.

Setup 1: Solo operator (you're the writer, reviewer, and publisher)

The hardest setup, because separation of roles is fake — you're all three people. The mistake is skipping review because you "already wrote it." The fix is building time separation between draft and review.

The solo workflow
