Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use Adpicto?

Adpicto works in 4 simple steps: 1) Create a project and enter your service information, 2) AI analyzes appeal axes, 3) Select your preferred appeal axis and generate images and text, 4) Review and save the generated content. Detailed instructions are available on your dashboard after logging in.

Which social media platforms are supported?

We support 7 platforms: Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube. Images are automatically generated with optimized sizes and aspect ratios for each platform.

Who owns the copyright for AI-generated images and text?

All generated content (images and text) belongs to you. Commercial use is permitted. However, please verify that the generated content does not infringe on third-party rights before use.

What are the limitations of the free plan?

The free plan allows up to 5 posts per month and 1 project. All features including basic AI appeal analysis and support for 7 platforms are available. If you need to create more posts, consider upgrading to the Pro plan.

What is a project?

A project is a way to organize information for each service or product. Once you register information like service name, features, and target audience, you can reuse it for future post creation.

Can I edit generated images and text?

Generated text can be edited on the review screen. Image editing is not currently available, but if you're not satisfied, you can regenerate with a different appeal axis. You can also edit downloaded images using your preferred image editing software.

Can I cancel anytime? What happens to my data?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, your project data is retained but free plan limitations will apply. If you want to completely delete your data, you can delete your account from the settings page.
