Fees for your internet connection and communication services will be charged separately by your provider.

Payment Timing
At time of subscription
Payment is processed immediately upon subscription. For monthly plans, automatic billing occurs on the same date each month.
Service Availability
Immediately after payment confirmation
Service access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Returns and Cancellations
No returns for digital services
As this is a digital service, returns and refunds are not available in accordance with Article 15-3 of the Specified Commercial Transaction Act. However, we will address cases where there are significant service defects on a case-by-case basis.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancel anytime
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time at your convenience. Cancellation can be done from the settings page within the service. After cancellation, you can continue to use the service until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Generally no refunds
Due to the nature of the service, refunds are generally not available. However, if the service cannot be provided due to our fault, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.
