Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are intended to define the rights and obligations between eight arms (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") who use Adpicto (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Company.
2. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to all the contents of these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

1. Those who wish to use the Service shall agree to comply with these Terms and apply for registration in the manner prescribed by the Company.
2. Registered users are responsible for managing their passwords and user IDs set during registration.

Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights of AI-Generated Content)

1. Intellectual property rights related to AI-generated content belong to the Company or those who have licensed them to the Company. However, the Company grants registered users a non-exclusive right to use AI-generated content within the scope of their business activities.
2. The Company does not guarantee the originality, accuracy, usefulness, completeness, truthfulness, legality, or non-infringement of third-party rights of AI-generated content.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:

• Actions that violate laws and regulations
• Actions that may harm public order or morals
• Actions that infringe on the rights of the Company or third parties
• Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Service is provided "AS IS," and the Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

Article 6 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
2. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
